1. Services Provided
We offer professional writing and consulting services, including resume writing, cover letters, LinkedIn profile optimization, biographies, and career development support.
2. Payment and Refunds
Full payment is required before work begins. Since all services are custom and time-based, all sales are final. Each writing service includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur hourly charges.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide complete and accurate information, respond to communications in a timely manner, and submit all required forms and documentation to keep the project on schedule.
4. Revisions
All writing services include up to two complimentary rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at the rate specified in the original proposal or invoice.
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the final written materials become the client’s property. Pier Writing Services retains the right to reference anonymized samples for portfolio use unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
6. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee interviews, job placement, or specific results. Our services are intended to improve your professional presentation and increase your opportunities but are not a guarantee of employment or offers.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services, including missed opportunities or third-party actions.
